The Moodle portal consists of several secure digital environments directly linked to studies, management, and research conducted at École Polytechnique Montréal. These are virtual spaces designed for communication, sharing, and exchange. It includes a multitude of applications such as course sites, service sites, research sites, project sites, administrative unit sites, community life sites, interest sites, and more.

Mandate:
Provided daily technical and customer support for students and professors on the platform. Continuously optimized and updated processes to ensure the smooth functionality of the platform.

Key responsibilities:

• Managed the technical maintenance of the Moodle academic platform, utilizing PHP programming and integrating HTML5/CSS3 to ensure seamless user experience.
• Oversaw database management with MySQL and led platform migrations to improve efficiency and performance.
• Delivered prompt and effective daily technical support to students and professors, troubleshooting and resolving issues on the platform.
